Overview
Zyric Console is the private app behind zyric.de. It is installed on my phone's home screen, signed in with a passkey, and it is where the company is run: the website, the inbox and mail, the files, offers, invoices and taxes.
Foundation keeps the servers running; the console runs the business on top of them. It is built solo, used every day, and not for sale.
Process
Step 1: Edit the website
The projects, texts and skills on zyric.de are edited here, and every save is kept as a revision that can be restored.
Step 2: Answer the inbox
Contact requests from the site and from the /k contact card arrive in one inbox. Mail goes out from my own address, with its delivery status.
Step 3: Keep the files
The Ablage keeps every file in private storage, with time-limited share links and AI actions that file, describe or transcribe a document on request.
Step 4: Offer, sign, invoice
Offers, order confirmations and invoices are written ready to send. A customer accepts an offer online with a signature, and the signed copy is filed automatically.
By design
Tax from fixed rules. The tax view computes income and expenses by the day the money actually moved and runs fixed checks over them. A model only phrases the advice on top of those numbers.
Nothing goes unnoticed. Everything that happens reaches me as a push notification, with Telegram as the fallback, and Foundation's server reports arrive the same way.
Private by design. It sits behind a passkey sign-in, is never indexed, and has no public link, so there is nothing a visitor could open.
Honest status
Private and in daily use to run Zyric. It is not sold, and there is no public link. If you want a tool like it for your own business, that is the kind of software I build.
Something like this for you?
The console itself is not for sale. Tell me how your business runs today, and I will tell you honestly what would help.
